The WBC Children's Choirs are divided according to age, and provide musical training and opportunity for children from age 4 through 6th grade. All the choirs participate in special evening worship services at Christmas and at the end of the choir year. They also lead in worship in the spring for Children's Day in Worship. The Young Musicians choir occasionally sings for morning worship and presents a fully staged musical every few years. All the choirs meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 6:40, as listed below:
| Choir | Age/Grade | Location | Director |
| Preschool Choir | 4s & 5s | Room G11 | Susan McUmber |

There are four handbell choirs that meet each week during the school year at Wilkesboro Baptist Church. The Adult Handbell Choir meets at 5:00 on Sunday evenings. Youth Handbells meet at 5:30 on Wednesday evenings. Membership in both Youth and Adult Handbell choirs is by invitation. Contact Mike Norman for details. The highlight of the year for each choir is participating in the NC State Handbell Festivals.
Children's Handbells and Children's Chimes meet on Wednesday afternoons at 4:15 and are open to any interested 1-6 grader. Children's Chimes uses melody chimes to introduce bell ringing to children and presents music for worship a few times a year. Music reading is not required. Children's Handbells is open to older children who have had ringing experience or who are music readers. This group currently rings three octaves of bells.
