Wilkesboro Baptist is hiring a

part-time Women's Ministry Director.

The ideal candidate for this position will model a Titus 2 approach to leading women to minister to other women.

Major responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: coordinating the WBC women's ministry leadership team, leading women through the ministries of the church to follow Jesus and offering care and ministry counseling as needed to women of all ages.

This position is directly responsible to the Associate Pastor of Youth and Education and answerable to the Elders.

Ideal characteristics and qualities include but are not limited to: compassion for women of all ages, communication skills, leading through others, coordinating and facilitating. Training in ministry and/or counseling preferred.
